2140363 Alberta Ltd. o/a Old Town Restaurant is looking for 2 Full-time and permanent Cooks. (Part-time applicants will also be considered)

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: C$17.00/hr based on 30-40hr/wk
Benefit: 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, or 44hrs/week
Work Location: 2001 Mistassiniy Road, Wabasca, AB, T0G 2K0
Work Setting: Restaurant, Rural Area, Bar.
Education: Completion of Secondary school
Experience: At least 2-3 years of work experience or completion of equivalent in accredited training program for food
Language: English

Job Duties:
- Plan menus and estimate how much food is needed
- Prepare and cook full meals or individual dishes
- Make special dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Check and inspect kitchens and food service areas for cleanliness and safety
- Train staff in cooking, food preparation, and safe food handling
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Keep track of food, supplies, and equipment inventory
- Clean the kitchen and work areas
- Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations.
