Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Specific Skills:

• Oversee the daily activities of the staff, coordinating their efforts to ensure that the store operates efficiently and meets sales targets.
• Allocate specific responsibilities to sales staff to ensure efficient store operations and customer service.
• Recruit new employees and oversee their training or organize training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Develop and implement work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation of the store.
• Systematically manage the inventory to keep the store well-stocked and ensure products are easily accessible.
• Oversee the selection and ordering of store products based on sales data and inventory needs.
• Address and solve various operational problems, from customer service issues to inventory challenges, to maintain smooth store functioning.
• Generate comprehensive reports detailing sales trends, merchandising effectiveness, and staffing issues to guide strategic decisions.
