- Supervise and oversee the activities of the staff who work in our restaurant and bar to prepare and serve food
- Create budgets to estimate costs for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
- Train servers and food handlers in job duties, set staff schedules, establish safe food handling and other requirements as needed for staff
- Oversee staff performance, provide feedback and conduct employee performance evaluations
- Ensure quality food and bar service meets the standards set by the owners
- Maintain records of stock, repairs and waste for our restaurant and bars
- Ensure customer satisfaction, standard of service, address & resolve customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain the reputation of our restaurant
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
- Estimate and order supplies required for the restaurant and bar required for service
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Inspect products and processing methods, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with health, quality, and safety standards
