STEFANO'S INC. is looking for 1 position of TRUCK SCHEDULER position for their location at Saint John, NB E2L 3N5

Job Title: Truck Scheduler

Nature of Employment: Permanent Full-Time Position

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or Equivalent experience

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

On Site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work Setting: Trucking Firm

Responsibilities:

Tasks:

• Prepare a user guide and other public service information.
• Design new or modify existing schedules using computer software or other methods.
• Compile equipment and personnel records to produce operating reports.
• Assign personnel to equipment and routes, and schedule work shifts.
• Compile equipment and personnel records and schedule work shifts.
• Plan most efficient route schedules according to factors such a peak travel periods, holidays, special events and construction.
• Review personnel availability and other pertinent information to establish schedule parameters.
