Automotive Body Painter

Cavalcade Ford, Bracebridge, ON

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:

• Remove old paint, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
• Repair cracks, dents, or any other irregularities on vehicle’s surface.
• Prepare the area by cleaning and sanding surfaces to be painted.
• Prepare the area by applying tape and masking paper to the vehicle’s surface.
• Mix paint to match colour. 
• Apply paint using brush or spray guns after proper application of primer of the surface.
• Utilize spray painting and brushing tools as needed.
• Inspect finished work for defects and to ensure a high quality finish.

Key Requirements:

-       Completion of High School

-       7 months to one year of experience

-       Client focus, Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Team player.

-       Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.

Work Location: 420 Ecclestone Drive, Bracebridge, ON, P1L 1R1

Salary: $35.00/hr.

Hours: 30-40 hours per week
