• Organize staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and prices.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Settle arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
