Permanent Full-Time Restaurant Manager Wanted for “2046816 Alberta Corp. o/a Holy Grill” which is a restaurant located at Unit 217 205, 5^th Avenue SW, Calgary, AB, T2P 2V7.Wage rate is $35.40 per hour and works 30 to 44 hours per week.  Benefit includes 4% vacation pay and continuous learning opportunity. 

JOB DUTIES

• Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the daily operations of a fast-food restaurant.
• Assigning job duties to staff and supervising and monitoring their work progress.
• Recruiting staff and arranging and training newly hired staff.
• Setting up staff work schedules according to the restaurant’s needs.
• Conducting staff performance reviews and providing appropriate coaching.
• Responsible for controlling the restaurant’s inventory, while monitoring its revenues and modifying procedures and prices as often as required.
• Acknowledging customer complaints and providing appropriate and prompt resolution to the concerns.
• Ensuring health, safety regulations, and proper food handling procedures are followed according to the company’s high standards.
• Contacting suppliers and negotiating for the required food and other restaurant’s supplies and needs.
• Overseeing events and special orders for all occasions and catering services.
• Providing excellent customer service experience, while encouraging all the other staff and assisting them to do the same.

Education: Completion of post-secondary education is required

Language: English

Work experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of work experience directly related to food service, particularly in the fast-food restaurant is required.
