Wage/ Salary:                   $19.00/ hour

Term of Employment:     Full-Time Permanent Position (No of position- 1) (37- 40 Hrs/Week)

Job Duties:

  • Oversees the overall operations of the restaurants and supervises the activities of food service staff to ensure that they provide customers with a spectacular dining experience.
  • Establishes type of services to be offered and implements operational procedures
  • Assist Manager in recruiting staff and overseeing staff training
  • Lay down staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
  • Periodically have a one-on-one meeting with service staff to discuss performance and provide them with feedback.
  • Control inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices
  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Coordinate with suppliers for supply of food items and other supplies

 

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of College or program in hospitality or food and beverage service management would be an asset. 
  • 1+ years of experience in the field would be preferred but not mandatory.
  • Able to work for long hours, on weekends and on holidays.
  • Good at Multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
