Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces, ensuring quality and precision in all aspects of the work. This role requires a strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques and the ability to work collaboratively with other construction professionals. The Concrete Finisher will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality results on various projects.

Duties

• Finish surfaces of poured concrete, including floors, sidewalks, and walls, to ensure a smooth and even finish.

• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to determine the layout and dimensions of the work.

• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for shaping, smoothing, and finishing concrete.

• Operate heavy equipment as needed for concrete forming and placement tasks.

• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required during the finishing process.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and materials are stored properly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in concrete finishing is essential; masonry experience is a plus.

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely.

• Ability to read blueprints accurately to execute project plans effectively.

• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for long periods during shifts.

• Experience with concrete forming techniques is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

• Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Education Required :- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
