Title of the Position: Welder/Fitter

Job Duties:

• Fabricate CNC plasma tables and accessories using MIG and TIG welding techniques.
• Fit metal components and assemblies using blueprints, drawings, and measuring tools.
• Operate welding equipment and ensure welds meet industry standards.
• Inspect and test welded structures for strength and accuracy.
• Assist in the assembly and final setup of automated table systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Terms of Employment: Full-time (30 to 40 hours a week), permanent position
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Language of Work: English

Wage: Starting at $57,000 annually (hourly wage of $36/hour, with an expected workload of 30–40 hours per week).

• Medical and dental coverage up to $1500/year
• Vacation as per Ontario Labour Standards

Skills Requirements:

• Education: Completion high school
• Experience: Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, and experience in fitting metal parts of at least 1 year
• Licensing: No specific license required
