Location: 2710 N Park Drive Unit 12, Brampton, ON L6S 0E9
Salary: $36.50 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and consistency in service
- Modify food preparation techniques and menu pricing based on budgetary guidelines specific to Hakka cuisine
- Plan and coordinate kitchen and front-of-house activities
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, including setting work schedules
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any complaints or concerns professionally
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations
- Participate in marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement to grow the customer base
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide guidance for improvement
- Implement operational procedures tailored to the cultural and culinary standards of Hakka food
Eligibility Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school and training courses or a vocational program is usually required
- 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management,
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent English oral and written communication and customer service abilities
- In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Involves a mix of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
- Demands physical effort and the ability to manage a high workload independently.
