2399968 Ontario Inc. O/A Punjabi By Nature located at 8887 Gore Rd Unit 57, Brampton, ON L6P 2K9 requires 8 Indian Sweet Makers on Permanent and full time basis at the wage rate of $36/hr. Must have 2 years to Less than 3 years of verifiable experience as Indian Sweet Maker. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 paid sick leaves will be given

JOB DUTIES AS AN INDIAN SWEET MAKER

1. Preparing traditional and high-quality Indian sweets and deserts
2. Ensuring food quality and food safety, including sweet temperatures, safe refrigeration of ingredients, and food allergens.
3. Work with specialized cooking equipment such as a deep fryer
4. Maintain Cleanliness in kitchen and food service areas;
5. Preparation, cooking and handling of sweets;
6. Ensuring the storefront display is stocked with a wide array of visually-appealing sweets;
7. Any other related job duties as required in the restaurant.
