Leverage Restaurant Investment Corporation (DBA Pho 99 SFU) in Burnaby, B.C. We serve authentic Vietnamese foods with authentic ingredients, especially Vietnamese Styled noodles combined with delicious soup & broth.

To improve the quality of our services and assist with our growing business, we are looking for a Permanent Full-time Restaurant Assistant Manager.

We offer: C$36.75/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation.

Work Location: 8901 Cornerstone Mews, Burnaby, BC V5A 4Y7 Canada

Number of position: 1 

Job Requirement:

• Secondary (high) school completion.
• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset.
• 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector.

Job Duties:

• Support and control daily operations of the restaurant.
• Help implement procedures and ensure service quality.
• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor performance.
• Oversee inventory, sales, and suggest pricing or menu changes.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and assist with catering or event bookings.
