Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including food preparation and service.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and oversee food service staff.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Control inventory, order supplies, and liaise with vendors.
• Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures.
• Address customer requests and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain records of sales, stock, and operational performance.
• Enforce health, safety, and company standards at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of a college program in food service administration, hospitality management, or a related field, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant or food service management.
• Proven ability to manage staff, operations, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
