Job Title: Home Support Worker

Wage: $22.00 per hour
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Workplace Information: On-site (Work must be completed at the employer’s/client’s residence; remote work is not available)

Requirements:

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
• Language: English
• Certificates: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate

Work Setting:

• Employer’s home

Job Duties:

• Provide personal care and companionship
• Administer bedside and personal care
• Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene
• Assist in daily exercises (e.g., walks)
• Administer medications
• Feed or assist in feeding
• Launder clothing and household linens
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks
