Position: Human Resource Officer

(1 Permanent Position for Full Time) 

Job Responsibilities 

1. Arrange and coordinate staff training and professional development programs.
2. Organize and facilitate employee consultation, grievance handling, and dispute resolution.
3. Maintain accurate employee records in HR databases and ensure compliance with company policies.
4. Administer onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
5. Advise managers and employees on human resources policies, compensation, and benefits.
6. Maintain and update employee personnel records, including performance evaluations, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
7. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information and maintain data security standards
8. Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster positive work relationships.
9. Prepare HR-related reports, including staffing statistics, turnover rates, and recruitment metrics.
10. Plan and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.

Requirements

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 year or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years experience in similar role is required.
• Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication.
• Should be organized and team player.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, MS Office, MS Access
  is preffered. 

 Location: Unit 1, 6725 Millcreek Dr, Mississauga, ON, L5N 5V3

Salary & Hours: $ 40.15 hourly for 30 hours per week (Overtime paid CAD 60.23 per hour after 44 hours of work per week; 4% Holiday pay will be accrued)
