Printing Press Operator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:

• Operate and monitor printing presses and related equipment to produce printed materials according to company and client specifications.
• Review job orders to determine production requirements such as layouts, colour sequence, timelines, and quantities.
• Set up and adjust press settings, including ink flow, speed, pressure, and registration, to maintain high-quality output.
• Inspect samples and monitor press runs to ensure colour accuracy, alignment, and consistency throughout production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues, and perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments to equipment.
• Maintain records of production runs, materials used, and report any deviations from specifications.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and coordinate with the press crew to meet production goals.

Work Experience:   7 months to less than 1 year of experience

Salary:                  CAD$ 37.00/hour. Full-time permanent position

Other Skills:             Extensive experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, 3D Max, Trucut
