Job Duties:

Supervise light duty cleaners in specified tasks.
Ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met by inspecting the working sites.
Order cleaning supplies and new equipments as per requirement.
Assist in hiring, training and supervising cleaning staff.
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities and make work schedules of cleaning staff.
Maintain financial records, preparing budget and estimated costs for the cleaning projects.
Collecting payments for the assigned cleaning jobs.
Perform cleaning duties if required.
Advising management if replacement of equipments is required and reporting important concerns regarding clients.

Requirement:

Completion of secondary school education is required.
Minimum 6 months experience in the field is required.
