Salary: $36.00 per hour for 35 - 42 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full Time, Permanent

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Education: College in marketing or business development

Location: 7241 Lundy’s Lane, Niagara Falls, ON

Job Duties:

• Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy; 

• Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals; 

• Identify and execute improvements for processes, content and lead generation; 

• Prepare sales pitches, create sales reports to evaluate performance, and maintain customer databases; 

• Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends; 

• Manage and utilize all digital tools including analytics, SEO, CRM systems; 

• Plan advertising and promotional, marketing and social media strategy; 

• Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule  expenditures and ensure to meet sales goals; 

• Manage resources to execute sales and marketing strategies; 

• Develop communication strategies; 

• Plan development projects; 

• Evaluate and implement communication strategies and programs; 

• Prepare written material such as report, briefs, website content; 

• Answer written and oral inquiries; 

• Conduct analytical marketing studies; 

• Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions; 

• Maintain and manage digital database; 

• Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies; 

• Coordinate special publicity events and promotions; 

• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material; 

• Provide general administrative support to, and coordinate, the sales and marketing activities.
