Terms of employment: Full time, permanent, 30 to 40 hours per week

Job Description:

• Plan, organize, manage, and review the daily operations of the warehouse and distribution facility, including the use of storage space.
• Oversee space allocation within the warehouse and support the development of strategies to improve efficiency and customer service.
• Manage warehouse services such as inventory organization, cleaning, equipment maintenance, parking, safety checks, security, and snow removal around the facility.
• Plan and supervise construction, expansion, or modification projects for the warehouse facility when required.
• Oversee the installation, servicing, and repair of warehouse equipment, machinery, and mechanical or electrical systems.
• Prepare and manage the warehouse operating budget.
• Prepare or review operational reports and inventory statistics related to warehouse performance.
• Hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth and safe operations.
