The successful candidate will play an essential role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism across all administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
Prepare, edit, and organize reports, forms, and documentation
Maintain office filing systems and records (both digital and paper)
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and deliveries
Assist with invoicing, purchasing, and data entry
Communicate with management, suppliers, and clients to support smooth operations
Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of office or administrative experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Reliable, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities
Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
Compensation & Schedule:
Competitive hourly wage or salary based on experience
Monday to Friday, daytime schedule
