The Role

You’ll be part of a tight-knit, energetic team tackling everything from new home builds to custom renovations. Your day-to-day will include striping existing roof material, remove and replace any damaged sheathing, install underlayment and trim pieces, install asphalt shingles, helping keep job sites clean and organized, set up and tear down job sites and pitching in wherever needed. We value experience, but we value a good attitude and team mindset even more.

What You’ll Get

 $24–$26/hour (based on experience)

42.5 hour work weeks
Summer hours: Mon–Thurs
Winter hours: Mon–Fri
Work sites mostly in Queens, PEI, with some in Kings & Prince County
Medical & dental benefits after 3 months
Pension opportunity after 1 year
2 weeks vacation to start

What You Bring

• A willingness to learn, work hard, and take direction
• A strong work ethic and ability to keep up with physical tasks
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Basic gear: steel toe boots and a good attitude — we’ll supply the rest
• An interest in growing your skills in the construction industry
