G&G Construction  located at lower mainland is hiring  full time permanent position for One Carpenter
Salary : $36.60 per hour, for at least 30 hours per week.  
Anticipated start date : As soon as possible
Location :  Various  job sites in lower mainland .
Office Address :  34 A 2755 Lougheed Highway Port Coquitlam BC , Canada V3B 5Y9

Job Description:

•Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications.
•Prepare layouts according to building codes .
•Measure and mark cutting lines on frames, floorings using hand or power tools.
•Fit and install trim items like doors, stairs, molding and hardware
•Shape or cut materials made of wood and other materials to specified measurements, using hand tools or machines.
•Maintain, repair and renovate wooden structures in residential establishments
•Construct foundations, put in floor beams, lay subflooring and elevate walls and roof systems
•Maintains a safe and clean work environment

Job Requirements:

Education : Completion of secondary school
Experience : 2-3 years of experience

Work conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, tight deadlines, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standings and walking
