Position: Carpenter (NOC 72310)

Wage Rate: $36.60 per hour. 40 hours per week.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time.

Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible.

Education: High School Certificate Required. Trade Certification is an asset.

Experience: 3 or more years of experience is required.

Business Location: 1930 Powell St. Vancouver BC V5L 1J3.

Work Locations: Various Locations across Lower Mainland, BC.

Job Duties:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirement
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
• Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware
• Maintain, repair and renovate residences, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments
• Supervise apprentices and other construction workers
