Salary: $36.00 per hour for 30 hours per week

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
Overtime: $54.00 per hour post accumulated 44 hours (weekly)

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including cash flow reports, income statements (P&L), and balance sheets.
- Compile, analyze, and summarize financial data to produce accurate financial reports.
- Issue payment checks for payroll, utilities, taxes, and other company expenses.
- Manage payroll operations and handle accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Create and issue invoices while maintaining organized accounting documentation.
- Monitor office expenditures, verify related invoices, and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and submit tax filings, workers’ compensation, pension contributions, and other government-required documents.
- Process company payments and manage daily banking transactions.
- Prepare trial balances and coordinate with the CPA for all financial and accounting matters.
- Develop and maintain detailed statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
