Tasks
Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
Oversee the preparation of reports
Monitor financial control systems
Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
Coordinate the organization’s financial operations and budget activities in order to optimize financial performance
Evaluate daily operations
Plan and organize daily operations
Advise senior management
Plan and control budget and expenditures
Establish and implement policies and procedures
Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
Provide customer service
Conduct performance reviews
Motivate staff
Assign financial projects and activities to workers in order to improve business decisions
