At ANET Fiber Tech Inc., we’re driving innovation in fiber technology and communications infrastructure. We’re currently looking for a detail-driven Quality Control Engineer to ensure our operations continue to meet the highest standards in performance, efficiency, and compliance.
Your Role Will Include:
Conducting studies to determine optimal inventory levels and effective resource use
Developing integrated or flexible manufacturing systems and procedures
Analyzing production costs to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
Creating and managing maintenance standards, schedules, and programs
Supervising technicians, technologists, and other engineering team members
Ensuring all processes align with quality assurance standards
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
7 months to less than 1 year of related experience
Experience in quality control or quality assurance
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Able to distinguish between colours (for equipment and system monitoring)
Must be able to pass a criminal record check
Work Environment:
This position is fully on-site at our Edmonton office (T6E 5E8). Remote work is not available. You'll be working closely with both engineering and production teams in a collaborative office setting.
