Mrs. Kaur & family are looking for a full time caring, loving, and responsible and a patient caregiver for their child who is 9 Year old. The caregiver will be working at their residence located in Surrey, BC, Canada.

Language Preference: English

Education: Completion of Secondary (High) School or equivalent. Course in Child Care will be an asset.
Work Setting: Employer’s Home

Wage:  C$19.00/ hr

Experience: Will Train

Location: Surrey, V3W 1P3, BC CANADA

Job duties

·       Ensure the safety and well-being of the child at all times.

·       Monitor child’s activities and provide supervision during play, homework, and their activities.

·       Encourage educational activities and provide learning opportunities.

·       Encourage physical activities, playtime and creative pursuits.

·       Help child develop good personal hygiene habits

·       Foster a positive and nurturing environment.

·       Offer emotional support and comfort to the child

·       Provide regular updates to parents about the child’s’ activities, behaviours, and any concerns.

·       Prepare and serve meals and snacks, ensuring they are nutritious and appropriate for the child’s age

·       Maintain safe and healthy environment in the home.

·       May need to pick or drop kids from school.

Please note no smoking is allowed in or around our house and we seek strictly a non-smoking person.

WAGES & BENEFITS:

·       Full time and permanent position, works 32 hrs. per week

·       Vacation pay of 4% of wages per year.
