Vacancy: Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: $36.60 hourly

Hours: 30 to 40 per week

Terms of employment: full-time/permanent

Language: English

Education: Completion of secondary school

Experience: 2 years of experience in warehouse setup

Job Duties:

• Supervise and train the warehouse workers engaged in shipping, receiving, and storing of materials, parts and products to ensure safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions.
• Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of warehouse workers.
• Ensure all material is received and stored in a safe and economical manner while ensuring all proper paperwork is completed.
• Supervise the proper routing, loading and preparation of orders for shipment, delivery and pick up in accordance with customer instructions.
• Supervise and schedule the maintenance of all delivery vehicles and material handling equipment in use in the warehouse.
• Recommend purchases of new warehouse equipment, ensuring all safety regulations are met.
• Resolve all delivery complaints and receiving disputes quickly and efficiently.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Manager.
