2 Cooks required

Salary $20/hr, Full Time, Permanent

Requirements:

Experience: 1 year or more

Education: Not required

Language: Basic oral English. Punjabi or Hindi as an asset

Duties:

• Prepare and cook full course meals, individual dishes and foods of Indian cuisine including all kind of veg and non-veg dishes like Palak Paneer, Dal Makhni, Butter chicken, Channa masala, all kind of Naans, etc.

• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

• Ensure quality of food meet standards

• Inspect kitchens and food service areas

• Supervise kitchen staff.
