Hon’s Wun-Tun House (2011) Ltd. is seeking a full-time, permanent Maintenance operations manager to join our manufacturing facility in Richmond, BC. The successful candidate will work on-site in a fast-paced, noisy production environment at a wage of $40.00 per hour for 40 hours per week, with employment starting as soon as possible.

The Maintenance Operations Manager oversees the maintenance and operational performance of the employer’s manufacturing and warehouse facilities in the food and beverage industry, ensuring that all equipment, infrastructure, and systems function safely, efficiently, and without disruption.

The Maintenance Operations Manager will direct and control the operations of commercial facilities by developing and implementing schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs, overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems, and troubleshooting equipment-related issues to minimize downtime. The role also includes preparing operational reports and statistics, organizing and maintaining inventory, resolving product and service issues, assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services, and supervising staff while ensuring quality assurance and compliance with operational standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing and warehouse environment. The successful candidate must work effectively under pressure with strong attention to detail, demonstrate excellent oral communication and sound judgment, and be reliable, and dependable.
