Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time - 40 hours / week

Start date: As soon as possible.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Languages: English

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Work setting: Retail business, Gas distribution company

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Tasks Supervision: 5-10 people.

Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system, Computerized bookkeeping system, Adobe Acrobat Reader, MS Office.

Personal suitability: Adaptability, Analytical, Collaborative, Goal-oriented, Integrity, Positive attitude, Quick learner, Time management, Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Organized, Team player, and Ability to multitask.

TASK:

  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Manage staff and assign duties
  • Implement price and credits policies
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Determine staffing requirements
  • Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
