OHKIM Sushi and Grill is looking for an experienced Head Chef. We are located in Vernon, BC.

Position: Head Chef
Working Hours: Full-Time, Permanent position (30~40 hours a week)
Wage: $36.70~$37/hour
Main Duties:
Prepare food and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
Plan food preparation and menus and ensure food meets quality standards
Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items and estimate labor cost
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Consult with clients regarding special events
Supervise chefs and cooks
Requirements:
- 3 years of work experience in commercial food preparation
- High school diploma or higher
- Ability to communicate in English
