PIZZA TOWN & INDIAN CUISINE LTD is a house of Pizza, Indian Grill & mouth-watering Curries.  We are based in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada and take catering orders too. We are looking for a BAKER to join our team.

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Wage: C$26/hour

Working Hours: 32 hours per week

The qualified Baker will perform the following duties:

• Prepare and bake baking products and other individual dishes .
• Maintain stock required to make dishes.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation/hygiene regulations
• Assist in planning menus and determining the size of food portions.
• Clean up station and store leftover food in appropriate conditions
• Estimate food requirements and cost.
• Train staff in preparation of food/dishes.
• Keep a track of the food stocks and other supplies, and maintain inventory according to avoid any disruptions in service
• Keep in mind all safety precautions while dealing with appliances in kitchen.  
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
•  Ensure that food safety procedures are followed.

Cuisine Specialties: Italian Cuisine and East Indian 

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods and ability to work in kitchen for extended hours.
