Location: 6101 Mayfield Rd Suite 5, Brampton ON, L6P OJ1
Salary: $36.30 hourly/ 30 hours per Week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals, individual dishes, and food items according to established recipes and standards
- Determine portion sizes and estimate food and ingredient requirements
- Plan menus and assist in developing new menu items
- Requisition and manage food, kitchen supplies, and equipment
- Ensure meals are prepared to meet quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Accommodate special dietary requirements, including food allergies and intolerances
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Inspect kitchen equipment and work areas to ensure health and safety compliance
- Train and assist kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling
- Supervise kitchen helpers and support staff as required
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize food waste
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations
Eligibility Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with a high standard of customer service.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Capable of standing for extended periods while performing duties under pressure
- Client-focused individual with flexibility and sound judgement
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Reliable team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
