Salary $4200/monthly
Fulltime, Permanent

Requirements:

Experience: 1 years or more
Education: High School
Language: English.

Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Work with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications
• Plan and prepare work schedules and coordinate the activities of subcontractors
• Inspect work performed by subcontractors to ensure quality
• Plan and manage budgets
• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade subcontractors
• Develop and implement health and safety
