HIRING: Full-time Retail Sales Associate

Employer: Thriftique (Iron Fortress / Operated by Iron Fortress Development Corp)

Job Location: 2147 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC V5N 2T4

Position: Retail Sales Associate (Permanent, Full-time)

Positions Available: 2

Wage: $19~20 per hour

Hours of Work: 30~40 hours per week

Benefits: Paid vacation and sick days as per BC Employment Standards.

Job Duties:

• Greet and direct customers.
• Assis the customers with their purchasing using POS system.
• Provide accurate information such as product features, pricing, after-sales services, discounts, and special offers.
• Assist in display of merchandise.
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with company staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts, if required.
• Provide customer feedback to the manager.

Qualifications:

• Completion of secondary school
• Effective communication skills in English (listening, speaking, writing)
• Must be available to work on weekends and holidays.
• Experience is an asset.
