Joyce Group Services Inc. DBA Jani-King Vancouver-Fraser Valley located at Surrey, BC are hiring cleaning Supervisor.

The details of the job vacancy are as follows:

Terms & conditions of employment: Full-time, permanent.
Wage: $37.50 per hour for 40 hours of work per week

Vacancy: 2
Language: English is required
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
Experience: 1 year to 2 years of related experience is required.
Location of work: 26th Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia V3Z 3V7 and work sites are in lower mainland region.

Job duties and responsibilities:
• Supervise and co-ordinate the work of cleaners
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met
• Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work,   renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
• Hire and train cleaning staff
• Prepare work schedule and co-ordinate activities with those of other departments
• Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records
• Keep track of cleaning supplies
• May perform certain cleaning duties.
