Job Title: Family Child Care Provider Employer: Vaibhav Ahuja – Private Household Location: Toronto, ON (M5E 2A1) Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent Hours: 35 hours per week Wage: $21.00 per hour Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties

• Supervise and care for children in the employer’s residence.

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals.

• Organize activities such as games, crafts, reading, and outings to support children’s social and emotional development.

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.

• Tend to the emotional well‑being of children and support their development.

• Bathe, dress, and feed children as required.

• Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.

• Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.

• Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children.

• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties related to child care.

• Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary school.

• Experience working with children (professional or personal).

• Ability to communicate in English.

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain routines.

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
