Salary: $19.00/hour

Full Time, Permanent

Requirements:

Education: No education required,

Experience: 1+ yrs.

Language: Basic Oral English, Urdu/Punjabi is assets.

Duties:

Prepare and cook full course meals, individual dishes and foods of Pakistani cuisine (Halal food) including all kind of veg like chana masala, mix vegetable etc. and non-veg.  Curries like Lahori chicken karahi, Nihari, haleem (beef) etc.

Ensure quality of food.

Inspect kitchens and food service areas.

Train and supervise kitchen staff.
