User Support Technician

E-Net Solutions Inc. is hiring User Support Technicians in Calgary, Alberta. The successful candidate will provide in-person technical support at client locations, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems, networking equipment, and related devices.
This position requires travel to customer sites and is not a remote or call-center role.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer hardware, software, and network systems
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, routers, switches, modems, Wi-Fi equipment, and related devices
• Troubleshoot internet connectivity, network access, and VoIP phone systems
• Set up user accounts, software, and system access
• Perform system upgrades, repairs, and maintenance
• Document service requests, issues, and resolutions
• Provide guidance to users on proper use of equipment and software
• Travel to customer locations within Calgary and surrounding areas as required

Requirements

• College diploma, technical training, or equivalent experience in computer systems, IT support, or related field
• Experience in technical support, help desk, IT support, or telecommunications support is an asset
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence (or equivalent) required, as the position requires travel to multiple client locations
• Ability to work on-site at different customer locations
