Food and Beverage Manager - Catering Services (Job Fuction)

1. Oversee daily catering and food service operations

2. Plan and coordinate food service for events and functions.

3. Supervise, train, and schedule catering staff

4. Monitor food cost, inventory, and purchasing. 

5. Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

6. Coordinate with clients regarding menus and event requirements.

7. Must be flexible with working hours and operational supervision.

8. Willing to work in remote locations and during special events or functions.
