Salary: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour (To be negotiated)

About the Role

A private household in Edmonton, Alberta is seeking a responsible and caring Nanny to provide attentive childcare and maintain a safe, nurturing home environment. The ideal candidate will support children’s daily routines, hygiene, nutrition, and overall development.

Key Responsibilities

• Change diapers and provide infant care

• Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children

• Supervise and care for children at all times

• Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home

• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

• Take children to and from school and appointments

• Care for foster children (if applicable)

Requirements

Education:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:

• Experience is considered an asset

Language:

• English

Work Setting:

• On-site position in a private residence (no remote work option available)

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be:

• A Canadian citizen, or

• A permanent resident of Canada, or

• A temporary resident with a valid Canadian work permit
