CIMT College is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analytics Consultant to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing institutional data, developing predictive models, and supporting strategic decision-making to enhance academic and operational performance.

Job Details

• Location: 7200 Goreway Drive, Mississauga, ON, L4T 2T7

• Work Type: On-site (no remote option)

• Salary: $46.50 to $50.00 per hour (negotiable)

• Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

• Start Date: As soon as possible

• Vacancies: 1

Work Schedule:
Flexible shifts including morning, day, evening, night, early morning, weekends, and on-call as required.

Requirements

• Language: English

• Education: Bachelor’s degree

• Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from institutional databases and learning systems

• Develop statistical models and apply data analysis techniques for decision-making

• Design and maintain ETL data pipelines from multiple data sources

• Apply machine learning and predictive analytics to assess enrollment, retention, and program performance

• Create dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports for stakeholders

• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to deliver data-driven solutions

• Conduct research using advanced analytics tools to improve efficiency and outcomes

• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with governance and privacy standards

• Develop automated reporting systems for key performance indicators

• Provide strategic insights to support planning, policy development, and program improvement
