Work Location: 9340 120 Street, Surrey BC V3V 4B8 Canada 

Wage rate: $38.00/hour for 40 hours/week.

Benefits: 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period. 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years

Language: English.

Job Duties: 

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient service and profitability.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff including servers, cooks, and kitchen helpers.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and reputation.
• Control inventory, order food, beverages, and supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor licensing regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and implement cost control measures.
• Plan and oversee marketing strategies, promotions, and special events to increase sales.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and employee performance; prepare reports for management.
