Salary: $20 per hour

Job description:

• Cook different Indian meals and food items

• Prepare and cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items

• Supervise kitchen workers

• Set up and oversee buffets as needed

• Ensure food preparation meets quality and hygiene standards

• Keep kitchen area clean

• Maintain record of ingredients and order as per need

• Date, rotate and check inventory to minimize wastage

• Assist in planning menus and food portions
