Responsibilities
Tasks
- Direct and control daily retail operations to ensure efficient store performance
- Plan and organize daily activities including merchandising, inventory, and sales
- Manage staff, assign duties, and monitor productivity and service standards
- Analyze market trends and consumer demand to drive sales strategies
- Determine product selection and ensure quality of fresh produce offerings
- Implement pricing and credit policies to remain competitive in the market
- Prepare budgets, monitor revenues, and control operational expenses
- Determine staffing requirements and manage workforce scheduling
- Resolve customer complaints, supply issues, and operational challenges
- Recruit, train, manage staff, and conduct performance evaluations
