Requirements: A university degree or college diploma in business or in a related field, Minimum 4 years of Relevant Work Experience

Work location: Vernon, BC

Tasks:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote residential construction services, including custom home building, renovations, and multi-unit residential projects
• Lead, supervise, and support the sales team by setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing coaching and guidance
• Identify new business opportunities by building relationships with prospective homeowners, real estate professionals, and community partners
• Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial client consultation and needs assessment to contract negotiation and closing
• Prepare and present project proposals, cost estimates, and service offerings tailored to client requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and design teams to ensure accurate pricing, timelines, and project scope alignment
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and local housing demands to adjust sales strategies and maintain competitiveness
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Develop marketing and promotional initiatives in coordination with management to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports on performance, forecasts, and revenue targets
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations
• Participate in networking events, trade shows, and community activities to expand the company’s presence in the residential market
