Job title: Cafe Manager

• Plan and organize daily operations.

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits.

• Evaluate daily operations and monitor staff performance.

• Monitor revenues to determine labor costs.

• Recruit staff and set staff work schedules.

• Supervise, train, and conduct performance reviews for a team of 3-4 people.

• Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed.

• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.

• Lead and instruct individuals in their daily tasks.

• Address customer complaints or concerns and provide high-quality customer service.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Wages: $36.00 hourly for 30 hours per week.

Benefits: 4% days of paid vacation.

Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma

• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in the food service industory, preferably in a supervisory role

• Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Credentials

• Safe Food Handling Certificate
