84 Investments Inc. is currently looking for Tractor Operators to join our team.

Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Wage & Hours

• $17.85 per hour
• 40 hours per week

Work Environment

• Work is performed on-site at the orchard
• Outdoor agricultural setting
• Work may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, including wet and damp environments

Requirements

• No formal education required
• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
• No language requirement

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors and farm machinery safely in the cherry orchard
• Attach and use equipment such as sprayers, trailers, and mowing tools
• Transport cherries, bins, and farm supplies within the orchard
• Stay alert, follow instructions, and watch for safety hazards around trees and equipment Report any equipment issues or damage to the supervisor
• Clean, inspect, and perform basic maintenance on tractors and tools
• Park and store machinery properly after use
• Assist with general orchard work when required
